Karate (Japan)

Karate originated in Okinawa, Japan, and has a rich history that combines elements of indigenous martial arts and Chinese combat techniques. Our classes focus on developing fundamental skills such as striking, blocking, and kicking. Students will learn traditional forms (kata), practice self-defense applications, and build mental discipline. Karate is not only a great way to improve physical fitness and coordination but also fosters values like respect, perseverance, and humility.

Yoga (India)

Yoga, with its roots in ancient India, is a practice that unifies the body, mind, and spirit through physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Our yoga classes cater to all levels, from beginners seeking relaxation and stress relief to advanced practitioners who want to deepen their practice. Taekwondo (South Korea)

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art known for its dynamic kicking techniques, speed, and agility. It became an official Olympic sport in 2000 and emphasizes powerful high kicks, fast footwork, and spinning jump kicks. In our Taekwondo classes, students will develop flexibility, strength, and precision while learning the art’s core principles of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. We teach traditional patterns (poomsae), sparring techniques, and board-breaking exercises to ensure a well-rounded practice.
