Karate (Japan)
Karate originated in Okinawa, Japan, and has a rich history that combines elements of indigenous martial arts and Chinese combat techniques. Our classes focus on developing fundamental skills such as striking, blocking, and kicking. Students will learn traditional forms
(kata), practice self-defense
applications, and build mental discipline. Karate is not only a great way to improve physical fitness and coordination but also fosters values like respect, perseverance, and humility.

Yoga (India)
Yoga, with its roots in ancient India, is a practice that unifies the body, mind, and spirit through physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.
